Trump Has Forbidden Republicans In Congress To Solve The Border Crisis— 15 Dems Just Agreed With Him

Republicans Are Also Screwing With Democrats Over Israel Policy

The MAGA-Democrats: Golden, Perez, Peltola

The House GOP acerbated the problems at the border by voting down the Senate’s bipartisan border bill, negotiated by James Lankford (R-OK) and Chris Murphy (D-CT) that would have, among other things, funded enforcement and procedural policies for processing invalid asylum claims. That bill was supported by the Border Patrol Union, the Chamber of Commerce and the South Texas Alliance of Cities. It would have increased Border Patrol staffing by over 1,500 new officers; increased ICE detention facilities; increased the number of immigration judges from 734 to 834.

On Wednesday 15 House Dems, led by Blue Dog co-chair Jared Golden of Lewiston, Maine, crossed the aisle to vote for neo-fascist Clay Higgins’ MAGA messaging bill, HR 1210— "Condemning the Biden Border Crisis." It will never be taken up by the Senate, let alone signed by Biden, but, having passed 223-185 in a bipartisan vote, it’s now a useful Republican campaign document. These were the 15 culprits, along with Biden’s 2020 margin in their district. Biden won all the districts except those of the 3 Blue Dog- co-chairs, Golden, Peltola and Perez. Maybe Biden would do better in their districts if the incumbents helped bolster him, instead of helping Trump.

  • Yadira Caraveo (CO)- Biden won by 4.6 points

  • Angie Craig (MN)- Biden won by 7.2 points

  • Henry Cuellar (TX)- Biden won by 7.0 points

  • Sharice Davids (KS)- Biden won by 4.5 points

  • Don Davis (NC)- Biden won by 1.7 points

  • Jared Golden (ME)- Trump won by 6.1 points

  • Vicente Gonzalez (TX)- Biden won by 15.5 points

  • Josh Harder (CA)- Biden won by 12.6 points

  • Horsford (NV)- Biden won by 8.3 points

  • Val Hoyle (OR)- Biden won by 12.7 points

  • Susie Lee (NV)- Biden won by 6.6 points

  • Mary Peltola (AK)- Trump won by 10.1 points

  • Marie Perez (WA)- Trump won by 4.2 points

  • Hillary Scholten (MI)- Biden won by 8.5 points

  • Eric Sorensen (IL)- Biden won by 7.8 points

And the next day, yesterday, the House voted to pass, 224 to 187, H.R. 8369, Ken Calvert’s Israel Security Assistance Support Act. Just 3 [crackpot] Republicans voted against it— Marjorie Traitor Greene (GA), Warren Davidson (OH) and Thomas Massie (KY)— but 16 Democrats crossed the aisle in the other direction to give the GOP another messaging bill to cause mischief with (a bipartisan rebuke), starting with the same 3 Blue Dog cochairs:

  • Jared Golden (ME)

  • Mary Peltola (AK)

  • Marie Perez (WA)

  • Matt Cartwright (PA)

  • Angie Craig (MN)

  • Henry Cuellar (TX)

  • Don Davis (NC)

  • Lois Frankel (FL)

  • Josh Gottheimer (NJ)

  • Greg Landsman (OH)

  • Jared Moskowitz (FL)

  • Frank Palone (NJ)

  • David Scott (GA)

  • Darren Soto (FL)

  • Tom Suozzi (NY)

  • Ritchie Torres (NY)

Even some of AIPAC’s worst suck-ups, like Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL), Shontel Brown (OH), Brad Sherman (D-CA), Elissa Slotkin (MI), Susi Lee (NV), Greg Meeks (NY), Haley Stevens (MI), Dan Goldman (NY), Steny Hoyer (MD), Adam Schiff (CA) and Brad Schneider (D-FL) voted against the bill (not to mention Pete Aguilar and Hakeem Jeffries, whose stated position yesterday was “The legislation on the floor today is not a serious effort to strengthen the special relationship between the United States and Israel— period, full stop”).

The official summary explains that the “bill specifies that no federal funds may be used to withhold, halt, reverse, or cancel the delivery of defense articles or defense services to Israel. Also, no funds may be used to pay the salary of any Department of Defense (DOD) or Department of State employee who acts to limit defense deliveries to Israel. Additionally, DOD and the State Department shall ensure prompt delivery of all defense articles and services expected to be delivered to Israel in FY2024 and FY2025. Unobligated funds for operation and maintenance for the Office of the Secretary of Defense, diplomatic programs for the Office of the Secretary of State, and the National Security Council may not be spent until each office certifies to Congress that any withheld defense articles or services are delivered to Israel. DOD and the State Department must obligate any remaining funds for assistance to Israel.”

Schumer announced before the vote that the Senate would not be taking up the pointless bill which Biden has already he would veto.

Look, trump is doing exactly what your pussy democraps are doing... trying to allow the shithole to get noticeably worser so he can campaign against it being worser. Your democraps have proved the efficacy of that strategery for almost 60 years.

The problem, therefore, is that such misanthropy actually WORKS! Instead of casting votes to fix what's wrong, you and they ALL cast votes AGAINST the fact that the shithole stinks worser and worser.

The genesis of all this isn't trump or desantis or mtg or any one person. They are ALL products of the shithole.

And the shithole is a product of ALL OF YOU for voting for it to become one while being clueless about being hypnotized into…

I wonder how Pelosi feels about this now:

The donkey has a death wish. I fear that a lot of past due bills will be collected against them in November.

Replying to

The beauty of the 8-9 figure bribery $he regularly earned on her back is that it tends to ease one's regrets. That is assuming a sociopath like pelo$i is even capable of regrets.

not that it matters to y'all. been voting for that shit for decades.
