Midnight Meme Of The Day! Trump vs. Cohen: Hilarity Ensues!

by Noah

Yep, Trump has sued his former fixer, Michael Cohen, for half a billion for violating his Attorney-Client privilege. Hmmm, I doubt Cohen has that much green, to put it mildly. So, is this just another in The Diaper Don's endless delay tactics or has he hired the law firm of Pillow Guy & Powell. Perhaps Ms. Powell's been talking to those saucermen and decapitated time traveler sources again. Could be. After all, what Republican isn't insane? Go ahead. Name one, but you better act fast, by the time you read this, there may not be any anywhere. Oh, nevermind, I was just soft-pedalling it. Truth is, there obviously aren't any and soon Republican judges, put in place by Dubya, Trump, and Moscow Mitch will start ruling that treatments and medications for the insane are illegal and should be pulled from the market.

Damn, I love it when Traitor Boy incriminates himself! He can go into a legal setting and take The Fifth hundreds of times... and then he goes and incriminates himself right out in public. In fact, he seems to think that that's precisely what social media platforms are for. Well, he does call his Truth Social. Apparently it's some sort of social media confession booth. Keep it up, Donnie! Now if only someone would do something with all his confessions. Just throwin' it out there!

I guess Mr. Orange Menace To Society also doesn't realize that Attorney-Client confidentiality ceases to exist once the attorney takes part in a crime, too. In Michael Cohen's case, he's even been convicted and served time. His launching of the lawsuit, frivolous as it is, also opens him up to discovery and more. See the juicy details at the link below. Way to go, Donnie! Of course, Former Guy might be relying on a corrupt court system. Can't imagine why he might think that.

i guess Drumph doesnt understand that there is something called the "CRIME FRAUD EXCEPTION" The attorney-client privilege is a privilege that protects communications between a client and attorney from discovery or disclosure. The privilege is not absolute, It does not, for instance, protect statements made by a client to an attorney meant to further or conceal an intentional breach of fiduciary duty or crime.
