Talk about overcompensating for your tiny... hands!!! Damn! We know that's not real. We've seen The Diaper Don's tiny hands and even though they're small, we know they have 5 fingers each like most of us, not 6.
By the way, notice he's got a nice shiny rubber suit in black now, not just his usual blue. Hey, at least a rubber suit is easier to clean!
There's another, perhaps even crazier, one picturing him with 3 (count 'em) feet. Maybe there's a fourth, bit it's obscured by his bulk.
