Your Saturday Cartoon

I see this cartoon and I'm reminded of the stories about Traitor Trump rejoicing and saying things like, "Look how much they love me!" as he watched his violent red-hatted mob assault the Capitol Building as they sought to hang VP Pence.
We all, to one degree or another, fall for the temptation of seeing only what we want to see. The worst off of us don't bother to look for reasons why what we "see" must not really exist. In the case of Trump and his fellow traitors, they glory in the violence of the attempted overthrow while they strive mightily to talk down or deny the size of the crowds that now come to see their Dear Leader's opponent. They don't even make a connection either. Instead, they let their minds drown to death in a tsunami of irrationality driven by hate and fear.
