4 More Years Of... Total Embarrassment!

It was always embarrassing when Dubya was president. Let's just say there wasn't much evidence that that man, for whatever reason, ever knew how to read. Unlike Reagan and Biden, it wasn't ever an age issue, but this man, the one we have that's about to be sworn in with an oath he will break every hour of every day, this Orange Menace To Society, this idol of the 76,000,000 is, on the one hand, just damn stupid and, on the other hand, he has an idiot savant's aptitude for evil. It runs in his veins. Every cell of Trump's body has the devil's horns.
So, here's the moment we see in the above meme. Is what he said just a result of being stupid? Is it his dementia? Is it his intrinsic evil? All of those things make him the perfect monster to run the Republican Party, a party that has taken us all to live in the BIzarro World. Trump is their perfect representative and they love him for what he is. That's always been readily observable but, as I write this Wednesday night, we're seeing all of his glad-handing servile GOP minions and devotees in the House of Representatives rush to join him and the man who purchased his new administration in bringing the government to a shattering crash, just in time for the holidays. What better time in their minds, right? They had agreed to a bipartisan deal to keep the government running but they never intended that deal to go through. Not to worry about them, though. I have no doubts that they've made provisions for themselves to get paid and have all their benefits that we pay for even if government workers and our military people don't get paid for the next month or two, or so. And speaking of paying our military and government people, isn't funny how the Repug Party goes on and on about "the border" but now the Coast Guard and our border people just have "to make do" without their paychecks.
Anyway, back to tonight's meme. I have to laugh when morons think Traitor Don was just being stupid when he said what he said. True, I have no doubt that he thinks there was a United States back in the days of ancient Rome. That's pretty damn dumb, but remember what I said about Trump's natural aptitude for evil. He didn't misspeak. You see, to him, in his sick mind, Italy really has been our ally always, and no more so than when they were allied with his idol Adolf, the man he aspires to be and the man his party wants him to be.
