On Memorial Day, how shall we address them, the ones who took the call?
We identify them by the uniforms they wear.
🔹Active duty - They proudly wear their uniforms every day
🔹Veterans - We doffed our uniforms and returned to the solace of civilian life
🔹Those that “Gave Their Full Measure”
They never took them off their uniforms.
They gave in measure that which I was not called to sacrifice.
