That question above is a rhetorical one, of course. In fact, the eons that have passed since the time of Adam and Eve, what we sort of call all of human history, have shown us that gullibility usually wins in the end. Why? because humankind is, at the bottom line, only as smart as its easily swayed dumbos, aka, our weakest links. We have a design flaw. And, choosing to be gullible is the lazy way out of our challenges.


Personally, I always wonder what happened to the talking snakes. I remember hearing this story in Sunday School at a very young age. It made me a skeptical person with a great bullshit detector from the get-go, so I guess Sunday School was a very good thing for me and my development as a rational human being. In that sense, I defeated its intent.


Nice to see no one ate the dog and cat.

Sadly, the vast majority of hoomans wouldn't know logic if it bit them on the genitals.

And gullibility is but one facet of stupidity. So, yes, the majority are dumber than shit.


As my lifetime has progressed, it seems that more and more dumber than shit hoomans become immune to enlightenment in any form. Being stupid is bad enough, but being relentlessly stupid is worse.


Just ponder how our nazis have gotten this bad yet are still viable as a force that may just become totalitarian. And ponder how the only alternative that anyone can conceive has done absolutely nothing at all about anything at all for almost 6 decades, yet are STILL seen as our savior.
