In case you haven't heard about Uganda's success in their recent complete criminalization of even so much as discussing homosexuality. Their new "Kill The Gays" laws, encouraged by many of our own Republicans, most definitely include harsh prison sentences and death penalties for some acts they consider to be crimes. Don't worry, guided by the same conservative mindset, Florida and other American bastions of hate are headed down the same path and you can now watch it happen here in America, step by step, in real time. That goes for anything to do with the LGBTQ+ community. In Florida under Ron DeSantis, that's called progress. You see, back in the Jeb Bush days, the biggest crime was voting while black or just having a name that "sounds black." That's what happens when one bigotry gets a free pass. All the others line up for the same. So, Florida: Go fuck yourself!!! Feed yourself to the gators!

Uganda is apt, but americans are almost universally unaware of it.
Something that a few americans might understand is to equate our current hate fad focusing on LGBTQs to the nazi pogroms focusing on jews.
They blamed the global great depression on the jews. Americans seem to want to blame LGBTQs for ... whatever their gripes are.
It looks like the nazis may use the trump indictments as their catalyst for another armed coup attempt. We'll see soon enough.
all because NOBODY stood up to prevent any of this for the past 55 years.
