Midnight Meme Of The Day! Everything Trump Touches Dies, Including Christianity?

Sunday Thoughts

by Noah

Donald Trump is a cancer of seemingly infinite proportions. Everything Trump Touches Dies is actually a best selling book by former Republican strategist Rick Wilson. In it, he describes tons of people, careers, and businesses that have come to a bad end once they became associated with Donald Trump. Maybe since both the church and Traitor Don have a history of being such destructive forces, poisoning minds, causing wars, and all that, all while pretending to be beneficial to humankind, Trump and Christianity were destined to be a match made in Hell. Was it all inevitable? Are they really such strange bedfellows? Is Christianity just as transactional as The Orange Menace To Society? At the very least, there's a one word answer to that: Dobbs. To Republicans, the traditional Jesus has been all but replaced by their new Orange Jesus. Are there still some Christians that actually practice what they preach? Does it even matter at this point? After all, Christianity could not have soiled itself even more than it has by its embrace of the evil one, the false prophet that'll screw any religion that comes near him. Oh well, too late for hush money in this one! The deed is done.

Delicious irony combined with snark and sarcasm in so few words. Well done, Noah.

You wish.

religions are impervious to the effects of their own evil (genocides to enslavement to oppression...), science (genesis has long been rendered nonsense by science) and any other sort of reality. humans are just too fucking stupid and xenophobic.

And that includes the master religion of greed, which is codified as capitalism. No matter how many times it ruins the lives of up to 99% of humanity, including killing so many, it is still embraced as the master religion that assimilates all others.
