Midnight Meme Of The Day! A GOP Roadmap To Their Nazi Wonderland!

by Noah

Nixon always cherished his inner Nazi child. His tapes proved that once and for all. The John Birchers of Goldwater's time are now more than mainstreamed into the GOP. Gingrich had his Contract On America and I've always found it hard to visualize him without a swastika armband even now that he's gone and reduced himself into a drooling old fart that hawks Trump books online while begging for contributions. But, it was Trump himself who freed Republicans of any and all restraint when it comes to just coming right out and saying what they've always been. right out loud. The public anti-Semitism is strong with them these days, nearly as strong as their racism

As for tonight's "meme," it is the stuff of Republican wet dreams, decades long ones. It amounts to a sizable chunk of the 2022 Republican Party platform. Call it their Mein Kampf. They probably call it that in private (for now)! The list of the fine points is much longer of course. There are even additional boxes that could be added, like, for instance, "find new and innovative ways" to drive Republicans to the polls by catapulting the fear of immigrants to new heights (see the party's current TV ads designed by Stephen Miller and his acolytes) like the typically racist Republicans always do, but the overall goal of total autocracy has been obvious to anyone with even half a brain for decades.

A lot of Republicans will still tell you to your face that they aren't Nazis but there's a reason for their solid endorsement of bigoted candidates and the likes of Tucker Tiki Torch Carlson having such high ratings. Republican politicians and voters love that Carlson is not only a FOX "News" star but one on Russian state TV as well. It's the affirmation of autocracy; what's not to like if you're a Republican? At some time in the near future, there will be a tipping point. They will see a friend or two wearing a swastika on their sleeve and then they will all put one on. We've already seen the flags. Trump emboldened them. The little red hat is now a nazi logo. Say one thing for Trump; he knows how to market nazism.

Regarding the last point of the GOP To Do List above: The Republican Party stance of supporting Russia over Ukraine is more than telling. The Republican Party is part of the new Axis Powers of the 21st century. Russia, The GOP, and our blackmailer Saudi Arabia. If it was 1939 right now, Republicans would be calling for an end to sending defensive aid and food to England and Rudy Giuliani would be telling America that "Hilter is a real leader." It's more than a parallel. This will get worse, too. Today, in 2022, republicans wish to have their spiritual leader stomp right into the entirety of Ukraine. Then what? Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania? Finland and Poland? Do you really think Putin doesn't have dreams of moving as close to Berlin as we let him? You bet. And Kremlin Kevin McCarthy will be right there with Moscow Mitch (his lies and deceitfulness to the contrary) and FOX "News" cheering him on. They've already started, haven't they, and anyone who says we should let Putin have Ukraine will, by 2024, be saying we should let China have Taiwan and Trump's love buddy Kim Jong-un can take South Korea, too. The 2024 GOP convention will be quite a scene! Make sure the subtitles feature on your TV is working.

absolute truth. the destiny of the founders' republic. bigly sad.

reporting/bitching about where we all are today is fine.

but... might it be useful to HONESTLY ponder how and why we got to this point? I'm asking for my friends... James Madison, Thomas Jefferson... FDR, JFK, LBJ...
