Today's cartoon by Australian cartoonist Cathy Wilcox is an excellent depiction of how the rest of the world is seeing us right now, just one aspect of American life, of course, but who can blame them for thinking that? Oh, and those other aspects? Nearly as bad? Just as bad? Why ask? It's too damn late. The ship has sailed, right over the... horizon.

as for pictures: in books -- burn them. in paintings and posters -- some Krylon would do the trick.
but the slaughtered kids? honestly, I just read a headline that congratulated the nazis because we're officially numb to kids being slaughtered by some evil pos with a gun.
besides, your democraps need this kind of thing to run their campaigns on.
