Just How Bad An Influence Is Musk On Trump— And The Other Way Around Too? It's A Toxic Combination

Yesterday, Mike Allen and Jim VandeHei reported that the world’s richest man, South African fascist Elon Musk is “the most powerful and persistent voice” in Señor Trumpanzee’s ear and that he “has been relentless in pushing ‘radical reform’ of, well, almost everything. He encourages Trump to select nominees who will back massive cuts and who have “blow-it-up-to-rebuild instincts.”

Meanwhile, they wrote that “Trump advisers are running out of words to describe what's coming in January. They say he feels empowered and emboldened, vindicated and validated, and eager to stretch the boundaries of power. He’s s egged on by Musk and others— and picking trusted brawlers for the toughest, most controversial tasks. Many in Trump's inner circle are gleeful at the aggressiveness” of the transgressive nominees and appointments. “Patel told MAGA podcast warrior Steve Bannon last year: ‘We're going to come after the people in the media who lied about American citizens who helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections. We're going to come after you, whether it's criminally or civilly.’”

MAGA Mike, who owes his job entirely to Trump called Patel “an America First patriot who will bring much-needed change and transparency to the FBI,” making it abundantly clear that he will never stand up for the American people because he will always be too busy licking Trump’s ass. Mike Lawler, a guest yesterday on State of the Union, represents a blue-leaning district. He was lucky to have two losers in a row running against him— Sean Patrick Maloney in 2022 and Mondaire Jones this year. If he has a strong opponent for the 2026 midterms he’ll be toast. But he’s counting on the DCCC do deliver him an unelectable candidate and said that Señor T “campaigned on reforming the F.B.I. and the Department of Justice, so I don’t know why any of this is frankly surprising to people. The American people aren’t interested in a revenge tour. But obviously if people did wrong in their official capacities, that’s something they should be concerned about.” Jamie Raskin, the House Democrats’ strongest up-and-coming star, saw it a little differently:

Trump isn’t paying any attention to senators like Lindsey Graham who counsel him to take it easy and behave in ways that will make it easier for the Republicans in Congress to support him. Instead he’s back listening to the crazed neo-Nazis like Musk and Bannon. Allen and VandeHei noted that “Bannon called Patel, who sells pro-Trump merch with ‘K$H’ logos, his ‘One AND Only!!’ Choice to tun the FBI. After yesterday's announcements, Bannon texted us, as if he were dictating old-school headlines: ‘Wildest Dreams— Now to Darkest Nightmare as the Established Order Goes Scorched Earth to Defeat the President During Confirmation ... MAGA Best @ Scorched Earth Battles.’”

They wrote that they were told that “Musk is pressing to instantly upend agencies by keeping the fewest possible people— like he did when he bought Twitter,” perhaps a bad example since Musk bought Twitter for $44 billion in late 2022 and ruined it to the point that it is now worth a rapidly declining $12 billion, an astounding 71% loss on investment.

Why wasn't Bannon rewarded for his loyalty? Isn't he disgusting enough for an appointment?

A typical relationship among nazi fuhrers and other totalitarians. You give money and oral, get power in return.

Stop either or let your enthusiasm flag... you end up falling out of a window or drinking polonium tea (in russia); disappeared (NK?); get shot and have your family billed for the bullet (china) or ??? in trump's reich.

We'll not have to wait very long to find out what trump's method will be. He's already "suicided" epstein.
