Josh Gottheimer: New Jersey's Living Proof That A Democrat Can Be Every Bit As Corrupt As Trump

And Now He Wants To Be Governor

Out of the 212 Democrats in the House, there are 39 with worse voting records than Mikie Sherill, including Josh Gottheimer, Congress’ 5th worst Democrat. The two north Jersey conservatives are about to announce they’re jumping into the New Jersey governor’s race against Jersey City progressive mayor Steve Fulop. According to David Wildstein, Gottheimer is announcing Friday and Sherrill gets in on Monday.

Aside from Fulop, other candidates include Machine shill, ex-Senate President Steve Sweeney, Newark’s progressive mayor Ras Baraka, and Montclair mayor Sean Spiller, the president of the New Jersey Education Association. 

There are also 4 Republicans running— former Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli, State Sen. Jon Bramnick, NJ 101.5 radio personality Bill Spadea, and former State Sen. Ed “The Trucker” Durr, who ousted Sweeney from his Senate seat in 2021 turning him into a laughing stock.

Baraka and Fulop would make the best governor. But Gottheimer is a sleaze and will have the most money and Sherrill is the only woman among all those men and will run an all-identity-politics campaign.
