Are MAGATs Moving To Russia? I'd Contribute... As Long As They Can't Come Back

MAGAts welcome

I visited Moscow and St Petersburg a few years ago. I liked the trip a lot (which included Azerbaijan), but I’m probably not ever going back. And I’m sure not thinking about living there. But, apparently the Kremlin thinks some Americans are— MAGAts. And Russia wants to make them happy. I hope it works out and I hope the MAGAt village the Russians are building for conservative American expats blossoms into a gigantic city with millions of American conservatives and traitors.

When I was in Moscow, the Moscow Times was a publication the Kremlin was fine with. No more— in fact, since the Ukraine invasion, the Moscow Times has relocated to Amsterdam. This week they reported that “Russian authorities will launch construction of a village outside Moscow for conservative-minded Americans and Canadians next year, the state-run RIA Novosti news agency reported Thursday.”

Russia has for years positioned itself as a bastion of "traditional" values in contrast with Western liberalism as its relations with the West have deteriorated over its 2014 annexation of Crimea and 2022 full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Timur Beslangurov, a migration lawyer at Moscow’s VISTA Foreign Business Support, claimed that “around 200 families” wish to emigrate to Russia for “ideological reasons.”
“The reason is propaganda of radical values: Today they have 70 genders, and who knows what will come next,” RIA Novosti quoted Beslangurov as saying, echoing President Vladimir Putin’s frequently deployed grievances against Western countries’ comparative gender freedom.
“Many normal people emigrate and are considering Russia, but they’re faced with huge bureaucratic problems with Russia’s migration law,” he said.
He said the Moscow region administration has greenlit the construction of the expat village and that it will be financed by the relocating families.
The lawyer further claimed without offering evidence that “tens of thousands” of foreigners without Russian roots would like to move to Russia for similar ideological reasons.
The construction of a migrant village for Americans and Canadians has not yet been publicly announced by officials.
Russia, which has ranked among the worst countries for expats in recent years, experienced a major downturn in tourism and other foreign arrivals after the invasion of Ukraine.
Still, Federal Security Service (FSB) data recorded an uptick in visits for tourism, work, study and business to Russia in early 2023.

Can I suggest that Putin appoint racist coup-plotter Tommy Tuberville as the first mayor of Potemkin Village? Hopefully all his voters in Alabama will follow him to Russia.

Let’s hope that the ones who go renounce their American citizenship and can never come back. The more MAGAts that go, the better off America will be, of course. And I look forward to the day when Moscow announces that their building a second and third and fourth city for American conservatives. In fact, hasn’t Señor Trumpanzee been babbling some nonsense about building as many as 10 cities of the future right here in the U.S. for his crackpot followers, none of which will have any imports from China? I think he’s calling them “freedom cities,” like Freedom Fries. But isn’t Florida already filled with freedom cities? If I remember correctly, Trump will launch a design contest for architects when he becomes president again. But since that’s never going to happen, maybe he can give the plans to Russia— and move there with his offspring.

ok. coupla problems:

1) adding 74 million magical "thinking" talentless shit for brains to the russian population will put a terrible burden on their current working population. Most of the newbies will be used to eating twice as many calories as current russians and won't relocate without their personal arsenals. a security risk.

2) thus, the 2 million number may tax the russian economy but it won't do a whole lot to change the shithole here. democrap malfeasance will likely diminish their own turnout far more than the 2m and trump may still win.

3) can trump run for prez of america while living in russia? well... who will stop him? your pussy democraps? he's gonna get > 74 mill…

200 families? Time to think big. We should help the Russians finance a village for 2 million of them, then buy them all 1 way tickets to there. Replace them with people who have walked the Darien Gap and ridden La Bestia. There. two problems solved. We'll be a much better country for it.
